I don’t recall that taking arms against the USA is a freedom protected by the constitution. As for targeted killing by drones, this is just naive: what is the difference between targeted killing and blanket killing? It is still killing, people still die.

The Census Form rant
I just finished filling the 2010 census form. It has an obscure serial number and barcode that somehow identifies my address, and it has space to register up to a dozen or so people in one household.
It uses the same technology that we used to fill-in OCR-scannable test forms back in first grade (that’s 33 years ago by the way), which means that you can void an answer if it is not filled...

I went to public school all my life, with one exception: summer at a catholic school because I was trying to graduate early from high school. Each and every damn year I spent in the public school system in Puerto Rico I had to wear a uniform:
